Cancellation policies Refund
This policy applies to the website www.wpamigo.com (“WP AMIGO”) and the services offered by CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES.
1. DESCRIPTION
A refund is the request by a customer to receive a refund of the amount paid for a service or product purchased. At WP AMIGO, we understand that there may be situations where a refund may be necessary and we are committed to manage it with transparency and in compliance with best business practices.
2. GROUNDS FOR REIMBURSEMENT
WP AMIGO offers a full money back guarantee for a period of up to fifteen (15) calendar days from the activation of the service.
In addition, the following are considered grounds for reimbursement:
- When an incorrect charge is made or for an amount different from the contracted amount, the customer will receive a refund of the amount overcharged.
- When the purchased service does not work as described or does not comply with its essential functionalities.
For cases not expressly contemplated, WP AMIGO will evaluate each application on an individual basis and determine the possibility of proceeding with the reimbursement.
3. REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST A REFUND
The customer should send to the following e-mail help@bluetide.dev the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the service
- Reason for request
- Form of payment used
- Evidence in support of the application, if applicable
Receipt of the request does not guarantee authorization of the reimbursement. WP AMIGO will review each case and communicate by e-mail the result of the evaluation.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- No refunds will be processed after fifteen (15) calendar days from the activation of the service.
- Refunds are conditional upon the customer ceasing use of the service and removing any linked access or facilities, if applicable.
- The granting of a refund implies the waiver by the customer of any right to use the refunded service.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the product or service is deemed to be functioning properly and as described.
5. PROCESSING TIMES
Once the reimbursement has been authorized, the approximate return times are as follows:
- Credit card payments: 5 to 10 business days.
- Bank deposits (ACH - Panama): 5 business days.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS
Payment processing fees (credit/debit cards, payment platforms) are non-refundable. In particular, platforms such as PayPal retain their original fees even if the refund is processed.
7. EXCLUSIONS
No refunds will be granted in the following situations:
- Changes of opinion or unfulfilled expectations.
- Problems caused by third-party software or services.
- Purchases made during promotions or events with special discounts.
- Purchasing errors or lack of technical knowledge of the user.
- Requests based on “goodwill” without valid justification.
8. PAYMENT REFUNDS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
In the event of a chargeback for any reason (including, but not limited to, insufficient funds, chargebacks, unauthorized cancellations or banking errors), CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to apply an additional administrative fee equal to 20% for each returned transaction. This charge is intended to cover the operational and banking costs associated with the return resolution process.
The user will be notified of the incident and must regularize the outstanding payment within the maximum term indicated in the proforma. If payment is not received within the established deadline, CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES may temporarily suspend or cancel the contracted services, without prejudice to the right to initiate legal action for the recovery of the debt.
9. POLICY UPDATES
CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. You are advised to check this page regularly for any changes. Updates will be effective upon posting and will supersede any previous policy.
