1. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

1.1 COPYRIGHT

All content included on or made available through any WP AMIGO Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, sound files, digital downloads, data compilation and software are the property of CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The entire content hosted or made available through any WP AMIGO Service is the exclusive property of CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. and is protected by international copyright laws.

1.2 TRADEMARKS

Additionally, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names included or available through any WP AMIGO service are trademarks or trade dress of CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. in Panama and other countries. WP AMIGO trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not belong to WP AMIGO, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users, or in any manner that disparages or discredits CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. All other trademarks not owned by WP AMIGO displayed on any WP AMIGO Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated or related in any way to WP AMIGO, or sponsored by WP AMIGO.

1.3 PATENTS

Various patents belonging to WP AMIGO are applicable to WP AMIGO Services as well as to the features and services accessible through WP AMIGO Services. Certain portions of WP AMIGO Services operate under license to various patents.

1.4 LICENSE AND ACCESS

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and payment of any applicable fees, WP AMIGO or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the WP AMIGO Services. This license does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of any of the WP AMIGO Services or its contents; any right to make any collection or use of any product listings, descriptions or prices; any right to make any derivative use of the WP AMIGO Services or its contents; to download, copy, or otherwise use account information for the benefit of a third party; or the use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. WP AMIGO and its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders or other content providers reserve and retain any rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use or the Terms of Service. No reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale, resale or exploitation of any kind of the WP AMIGO Services or any part thereof for commercial purposes is permitted without the express prior written consent of WP AMIGO. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, or page layout or formatting) of WP AMIGO without express written consent. You may not use meta tags or any “hidden text” utilizing WP AMIGO's name or trademarks without our express written permission. You may not misuse the WP AMIGO Services. You may use the WP AMIGO Services only to the extent permitted by law. The licenses granted by WP AMIGO will terminate if you breach these Terms of Use or any of the Terms of Service.

2. JURISDICTION.

These General Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Panama. The parties submit, at their option, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for the resolution of conflicts and with waiver of any other jurisdiction. Likewise, as an entity adhered to THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF PANAMA and in the terms of its DATA PROTECTION LAW, in case of controversies, the user will be able to resort to the competent courts within the Republic of Panama.
